Great park to go walk and lots of trees baseball field, soccer fields, only bad thing is I always see people drinking at this park and leave their trash everywhere

The park is very nice and the afternoon perfect for a walk the only problem, a lady with two big dogs without a leash, they were running around freely not just walking by her side so I had to wait in my car until they were far away and out of sight, I have a small dog, whom was already attacked once by a dog without a leash that escaped her owners when she saw my dog. I love dogs but they are sometimes unpredictable because not every dog owner takes the time to give them the love and training they deserve.
