I went to pep boys and they told me I needed a new alternator. I go to autozone and a gentleman by the name of WILL helped me out. Let me tell you autozone needs a lot more people like him. He tested my battery and swapped it out since I had warranty. But his customer service is phenomenal and is a very cool dude. I was having a horrible morning but he made things right! He also tested my alternator and my alternator was perfectly fine! This guys attention to detail and character speaks volumes! Thanks WILL, because of you I’m able to go on my vacation feeling safe with my family. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!

I had had a rough day with another vehicle searching for the bushing shifting cable and then i hit the curb. Oiy. I thought this day can’t get any worse. But you were super helpful and helped me put my car back together with a screw driver and some kindness. I didn’t catch your name but it’s ok. Your Superman.

I would like to thank the service agent (Joe) at the Geotge Dieter location. I was trying to change the headlamp bulb on my Pacifica. After noticing that my hand was bandaged, he offered to remove the bulb and replace it. Highly recommend this store. 👍
