Utterly unorganized. Poor communication. We sent our pup to the training and she came back educated to our expectations. The follow-up 1:1 sessions in Danville at Hap Magee were nothing less than frustrating. We drove from Brentwood to Danville twice for Luna’s training and BOTH times we were early and had to approach the trainer 15+ minutes after our scheduled time for him to acknowledge Luna. The trainer did not know her name nor was he expecting her. In both instances the 1 trainer was working with another dog, which we didn’t think was a big deal, understanding some dogs need a little extra time. When I walked up to the Sit Means Sit trainer about our scheduled time, the trainer looked uninterested and casually told us to wait for another 30 minutes for group training, not pre-group (individual) training that we were scheduled/paid for in the package deal. So disappointed in our experience.

Had our first training today & the place is very impressive!

Ecollars are horrible the Training method causes major reactivity. Dog was also boarded there. They had over 2.5 mo with him in total. Tried with a different trainer outside of their program but he would lunge to attack people, cats, birds, rabbits, and forget brushing him properly. He had to be PUT DOWN.

Each dog that goes through a board and train is prescribed the appropriate length of time based on the issues they are experiencing. It includes training with our team every weekday. It includes private lessons with the family to give you the skills to continue the training, it includes training equipment, it includes group classes to practice your skills among high distractions. It also includes lifetime support.
Our most popular option is our Board and Train program. Your dog will stay with us for a minimum of two weeks, where our trainers will work with them daily to fast track your dog's training.
