The pharmacy has horrible customer service.

I have told them many times over the past several years to put my drugs in small normal sized bottles so they will fit in my dopp kit for travel. They tell me that they have that info on my account yet they never do it. They have also told me that the reason is because they have a machine that does all the work for them and puts them in large oversized bottles. When I have time I make them do their jobs and put them in normal sized bottles, but I usually don't have time to wait. They are incredibly lazy and overpaid idiots. Wish I knew what else they are doing that is more important than taking care of their customers? Actually I do, they support the staple gun industry. I have never seen anyone who can put more staples in things. You know what I mean.

I am still on hold there has been 2 callers ahead of me for 1 hour and 17 mins. This is absolutely insane I have been waiting on hold for heart failure medicine they are ignoring the phone calls all together. This IS HORRIBLE STILL ON HOLD! NOW 1 HOUR AND 19 MINS! DISGUSTING!

I don’t normally write reviews about places, especially drug stores, but this Walgreens is easily the worst one I’ve ever been to. First of all, there’s no workers to be seen. No one is at either checkouts. The one worker that is there is one of the most rude store attendants I’ve ever come across. I cannot even fathom how terrible this Walgreens is. If I could rate it negative stars, I would. Do not ever come here. I will never step foot into this Walgreens ever again. Do better.
