I posted earlier that my family lost $300 to this company. Three of my daughters enrolled a total of four grandchildren. I am not incorrect with the company that I am sending this review for. I am not the only one with this type of complaint. I stated previously I will report them with the Better Business Bureau. Olympian fitness center I know exactly who and where we were and who provided horrible service to us my grandchildren sat there for 45 minutes while we waited to talk to the owner.

Totally unprofessional staff! Total chaos nobody knows what’s going on. Horrible customer service. Owner was supposed to meet with us and never showed up. Waste of my time and money. We lost over 300 dollars to this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Extremely disappointed in this gym. My daughter loves coming here from out of town on her school breaks but little did she know about the struggles I had. The staff has no idea on what information to give like prices schedules camps and other events. They look at me like im stupid when I tell them about them I have to show them the messages that were sent by whoever writes back on their messenger. They refused to refund me money on days they charged me ahead of time not knowing if I was going to bring my daughter those days. Poor management does not even give you a call back or anything when it comes to that but everything else very ready to answer. In never bringing my daughter here again. Elite here we come

I have been taking my daughter to Olympian fitness for about 2 months. The experience has been wonderful for her and has helped her to rediscover her passion and excitement for tumbling. She is currently working exclusively through privates and open gym and has progressed significantly since starting. Thank you, to Patrick for your excitement and motivation!!
