Had a private kids party here. Booking was a breeze. Only complaint is that online it said it was booked...when i called i was able to book the party. They organized everything well making it easy for party planner. All we did after that was bring gifts and cake. The kids had a blast! Host was lovely and helpful

My favorite place for family fun. I come here often and am never disappointed. The food is always good. Service can be slow but it’s efficient and I don’t like being rushed. All the workers are friendly and helpful. I’m writing this review because the man working the ticket booth last night always goes above and beyond when he’s there. Always making sure to answer all our questions and count our tickets and update our cards. I ask him millions of questions and help with random things and he is always fixing it with a smile. Never loses his patience. He was helping many other guests too . I’ve seen him many times but last night he ran around for hours just taking care of business and he deserves recognition.

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! We had so much fun at IN THE GAME in Peabody! My sons birthday is Christmas Eve and lucky for us they were open! Our immediate family about 6 of us, LOVED the laser tag, arcade games , rope course , and virtual reality!!!!! AND The food was SO GOOD! Managers Nate and Paul went way above and beyond to make my little guys birthday extra special!!!! We will absolutely be returning soon!!!! Thankyou Nate & Paul!!!!!

Good place to have fun with kids. The restaurant side needs more attention. Please clean the tables after guests have departed and check your utensils before wrapping them. Got two separate utensil sets. Both were dirty :(. Overall, pretty decent place to have fun. Laser tag is great 👍.

Not really there may be a couple of games they can play and they do have bowling but there is a little bit of a wait. They would love all of the prizes but it's kind of loud and hectic I think maybe more suited for 9 or 10 and up.

Different games require different token amounts. The prices for tokens is posted as you enter arcade.
They have different activity prices. If you bundle them it's cheaper...10-30...which includes arcade.
Apologies for the late reply. I ended up going in to place an order. I just checked the grubhub service and it is currently working.
No gift shop. But there is a 'shop' you go into to purchase your prizes with the tickets you won.
Yes it was bonker now they rebuilt it and just with new name and more games and other things to do and better food spot.

There is no fee to get in. They have a great restaurant and games and attractions. Just pay for the things you want to do.
