Without going into too much detail, this place is a fraud. I had a terrible experience with gastritis where I nearly starved to death and despite billing my insurance to hell, nobody did a thing or even seemed to care that I was dying. No specialty departments, just run of the mill doctors that didn’t know what the hell they were doing. Very sad. I switched to mass general and the experience has been 10 times better. There is a reason people switch to mass general when they need real help. I recommend switching before something serious happens and you need professional medical care. This place is a fraud. I’ll never go back. There is a reason Lahey has the reputation they have. You’ve been warned

My review reflects care received in 2020, however find it just as important today to let others know this is not the place to receive primary care. (Covid aside, this is not a short staff/Side effect of pandemic issue) The experience with the NP here was damaging to trust in healthcare providers and my personal expectation of providers treating clients with respect and compassion. I am still awaiting follow up from patient relations on this complaint that accurately reflects and appropriately addresses the issues of our experience — one that I am sure others have encountered.

First bad things, getting to this facility made me go around in circles for 20 minutes. The building doesn't give you the number that's contained in the referral. The entry into the building is all to cumbersome unlike the one in Burlington. The good things:. Once you find a place parking and handicap parking is free. It's right off route 128 North. It's right next to the mall. The people are generally very kind and helpful including everybody. I got there early so they sent me to the lab almost an hour and change before my schedule and then I went for my second examination. Both people who served me were very competent and very professional and very informative. There's a cafeteria downstairs on the right as you go in. There are plenty of bathrooms. And the insist on masks and as in all Leahy clinics, they ask you to take off your mask and they give you a brand new one which you must wear while you're on the facility. In walking around they take great precautions to keep the place sanitized and clean. This staff appears very capable and very competent except that that I got the test results without an explanation and I always detest that and I told by messaging the doctor that I want to know what these tests mean. This was 11:00 this morning and now it's 7:14 p.m. and I've heard nothing. I think it's really malpractice to not explain the results to you just to send you numbers. I find that here and I also find it in Burlington.

Call? I guess. I'm not sure. My pcp Dr.Deborah Shih does everything for me as I don't speak due to laryngeal cancer.
