I will begin by saying that, as a rule, I do not review services online, but Dr. Shanthala is exceptional, so I will make an exception to my rule. I first came to Dr. Shanthala during a very stressful time last year. I found her online and chose to book an appointment based on the excellent reviews left by many very happy clients. I didn’t know exactly what was aging my face or how to fix it, and I was so tired, sad and stressed that I would’ve done almost anything. I am sure there are many practitioners who would’ve taken advantage of my vulnerability and suggested costly, unnecessary procedures, but Dr. Shanthala just listened. She listened to my concerns, she asked questions about my lifestyle and expectations and made sure she understood what I wanted and that I had realistic expectations. She delivered a much less invasive treatment plan than I had planned and I have now had three treatments with beautiful results! I could not be more pleased! I did a lot of research on doctors who offer these services before choosing Dr Shanthala. Her reviews were stellar and she lived up to every one. I wanted to have an expensive procedure done, but she talked me into going with something more conservative that would better suite my skin. The results far exceeded my expectations.
