We need to know the name of the debtor, age of the account, contact information. If you have invoices, contracts and/ or a credit application that will also be helpful.
There is no one answer here. Typically it is when you feel the customer is either not responding or not following through with payment. In terms of timing, most accounts are turned over at 90 days past due.
