Where to begin, this place charges exorbitant prices, add-on costs, regular rent increases, and they do little to nothing when you need help. Their maintenance dept is a joke, have not sense of urgency, and will come by to fix something when they want. Did not have my washer repaired for over 4 months even though there was a slow leak happening. Then they decided to change units into smart apartments. You would think it would be a good change, but for all their "smart" equipment which does not work in a lot of cases, you are charged a smart home fee every month. There was no option to opt out either. Pets are, cats=$50/mo, dogs=$75/month. PER MONTH, EVERY MONTH!! What this company does is come up with every half baked reason to get more money out of you, and give you little to nothing in return. They will not help people with issues, they will not respond appropriately with emergencies, and heaven forbid they pay for technicians to solve problems. You can do a lot better somewhere else with out feeling like you are getting robbed every month. They really should be investigated for the way they run these buildings.

I very much like living here at 14 North. It is a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Recently I changed apartments due to my age and need to downsize. Irmarie made the transition very easy. I have had several requests for maintenance in my new apartment and both times the issues were taken care of quickly.

I have live lived here for 4 months now, and I have nothing bad to say about the community here.... irmarie who runs the property is very kind caring and supportive of her residents. She will go above and beyond for you, no matter what the problem is. She is amazing. I couldn't have made the transition I did without her. She helped every step of the way. Even after office hours. She has been the best part of my move. I am so greatful that I am able to go to her with any concern or issue that I may be having. She treats all of the residents the same. She is respectful, kind hearted, and very understanding. I have lived in another community and the staff were awful. I can't say that about Irmarie. If I had to give her a score out of 1-10, I would give her a 20. Ppl like Irmarie are hard to come by now a days. She is quick to respond if you send a text or email to the office. If she doesn't know the answer to something you ask she will find it, she never gives you the run around. As long as she works here, I will continue to live here. It feels really good when you know you can go to someone (Irmarie) even if it is just to have short conversation and not be dismissed because they r busy. She always finds the time to help you, and never complains. If you ask me she is 1 of the best assets that 14 North has. I could go on and on about how wonderful she is. But I am sure you get my point.
