What a good day at MINI of Peabody - our salesman Andrew S was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, patient, easygoing, good listener! And no hard sell, which we most appreciated. He made it easy to understand what was available & what the trade offs were among models. The dealership is beautiful too. Thanks for a great day - love my new chili red hardtop!

We bought a used Mini-Cooper convertible about a month ago, and had just a great overall experience. Andrew was incredibly helpful in determining our needs and finding the right car for us. I generally dread car shopping, but the whole experience was awesome. Plus, since we purchased our car, we’ve been in contact with Andrew with many questions (this is our first Mini lol) and he is always patient and helpful. We would absolutely shop there again and recommend them highly. Andrew has taken great care of us, and his customer service is excellent.

I appreciate the professional and light hearted approach of the staff at Mini of Peabody. Whenever I reach out for service or with a question I am treated like a valuable customer. That is a welcome response these days. The work done on my car is always thorough and well documented. I would highly recommend this dealer for service.

So like most dealerships cost are astronomical when compared to a local shops. proposed brake job was double what my mechanic charges. What I consider a pretty large charge ($165) was charged just to look at the car (no my local shop doesn’t do this when looking for the issue) The car inspection done for this cost was very thorough. Repairs were also done in a timely fashion and communication was excellent . If I had not in effect been forced to go to the dealer (which in this case I did as only a Dealer can program certain aspects of the car) I would not use a dealer for any maintenance to my car. The dealer wanted an additional $300 to water test the car for leaks which had caused some of the original damage (thanks, no). Was I happy with the work done yes, would I go back, only if necessary.
