I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 10:45am. I get here at 10:30 and the door is locked. The sign says they open at 10:30. So I sat in my car to wait. Been seeing people coming and going and the lady won’t open the door for anyone. At 11am I knocked on the door hard to get the angry white lady's attention and she comes to the door to yell at me. Told her to let me cancel my order so I can take my business elsewhere and she gets on her phone instead to make a call while angrily staring at me. I’m a teacher teaching summer school and promised my kids pizza for their last day of summer school. If I hadn’t paid I would have been gone but I already paid and this lady won’t open the door to let me cancel. Apparently from what the other people who stopped by said that this location has gone to complete trash since this lady started here. I don’t know that because this isn’t my area but I don’t plan on coming here again. She keeps pacing back and forth coming to the door and leaving. At one point she stopped to pour herself some orange soda. I really don’t understand how hard it is to just unlock the door and allow me to cancel my order. This is unprofessional. If it was possible to give no stars I would because y’all don’t deserve not even the one star.

Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had . From the walking in the door it was horrible we were standing there for at least 10 minutes at least 5 employees stared at us and saw us waiting to order after we finally ordered we waited about 30 minutes after getting our pizza and getting home now to realize we weren’t given the pizza we ordered which I wouldn’t have minded that much other then the fact that it was so sloppy put together and it wasn’t even cut . It was the most unappetizing worst pizza experience we’ve had .

This place has some serious issues. My order took over an hour from the time it was supposed to be ready. Employees need to be trained properly. I kept getting asked what my order was. I had little Caesar's before and this time their pizza had no taste!!! I would have been ok if the only problem was the wait because I know these 2 employees were trying hard to get the orders out.

My pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Tried calling they don’t even use the phones. Took the pizza back just for them to throw the same nasty pizza in the oven for 5 minutes and it still wasn’t fully cooked
