Came to order pizza on 6-13-22 at 8:45 p.m at the rainbow and Alta location. there was 4 ppl in front waiting to get order taken. One worker was taken order, another worker came up and said they could take my order.As I began giving my order the manager or maybe store lead (wearing lime green shirt)came up and told him him he needed to go back and Continue cleaning. Worker Said “oh ok” then the guy in green shirt said “man I always got to be telling this N* what to be doing”, Directing that comment to me. I just ignored him and continued my order . Yes guy in green shirt was Biracial. But regardless this is not the way you talk amongst workers nor in front of customers. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service. The guy who helped me out was so bothered and annoyed I even came in. Asked for napkins, gave me a total of 3 and walked behind the counter so I couldn't ask for more. I got home and the pizza is still doughy, not cut all the way through. Is there anyone that handles guest services, because I would love to hear back from you and what the solution to my experience can be.

I ordered 3 pizzas was very disappointed the ultimate Supreme Pizza had barley any toppings and the pepperoni pizza was nothing but cheese and the Hawaiian pizza looked like it had a piece missing. I've never had a problem like this before I called the store and complained and they said that I have to take back the pizza and I told him I ordered it for delivery because I don't go out at night and he told me oh well there's nothing I can do about it then I have no control over people and I told him I was gonna call corporate and he told me oh well go ahead have a good night. I am very disappointed wish i could give a zero star rating

I went to the order kiosk thing put in my code number and the door opened to just a pizza I ordered pizza and the crazy breadsticks with sauce. So I got in line and waited my turn to ask where was the rest of my order? The person said I don't have time for this just take what you've got and go there's other people waiting in line for their food there's other people waiting in line for their food. I said if you wanna be that way then here take this pizza and give me a full refund. Then the guy snatched the ticket from my hand and said let me get the rest of your stuff.
