Went in at 1pm on a Sunday its not even busy. The manager or shift lead was on her phone sitting down like she didn't care. There were no hot and ready ready or any food for that matter. The kids working there looked lost and starved for proper management.

This is our usual location and usually there is no issue with the quality of a $5 pizza, but on 6/23 the pizza was terrible. I ordered online, went in to get my pizza and the lobby was full, the phone was ringing non-stop and the staff refused to acknowledge the counter or even look that way. When I got home to serve pizza for my son's birthday, it wasn't cut all the way, the crust didn't rise and too much corn meal or something was used.

Service seems to have stepped back to online/app ordering only. The guys behind the counter, when they finally recognized I was standing there, did tale care of me, but it seems like they don't focus on walk up business. Maybe it's been a while since I've been here and this is how it goes now, but this place seems one step from just having a bunch of robots in back and kiosks to order and pay for your food.

After forgetting my order and making me wait an hour. Shadaye the manager had the audacity to tell me “well your still gonna take the pizzas” after i asked for a refund. My mistake for not looking at the pizzas before i left this is what I arrived home with. Hardened cheese and cold pizza should of bought DiGiorno’s pizza
