This place is useless. If you can go elsewhere. Don't try to call, it'll just ring and ring. Later they'll pick up and just hang up. Then it'll go busy. Don't waste your time. You'll regret it.

This is the worst papa johns I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only pizza place on base. Every time I go there, my pizza is undercooked. It never fails. Also the dough is terrible every time. Even on my papadia. I cant even eat my pizza without all of the toppings falling off. I wish they'd replace this store with Domino's and I hate domino's. That basically sums it up.

Update: I got to speak with a manager and she gave me credit for my next order. 2nd time I try this location. I knew I should have trusted my gut. Missing items, replaced my pepsi with lemonade (no one called to check if it was okay, no one has touched it they can come and get it!) I called so many times and no answer! Same as the first time so they can't excuse that it is super bowl. Sent a message to the manager hopefully someone will call me back. One can only hope!!!

Just called. Tried to order. The guy who answered then couldn't help me with an order and transferred me to someone else. Then a lady answered and asked if I could be placed on hold. Well after 5 minutes I got disconnected. Whelp, guess y'all have something better to do. 🤷‍♂️
