I think they are always VERY short staffed, management or Owner needs more QUALITY Customer Service experience.
It seem as though the people who are complaining are Papa John fans.
This one doesn't seem to care. At most they gave me a 2l after messing up 2 pizzas. The one on durango and warm springs has better customer service if they mess up.
They have so many bad reviews and the worsed services around so we stopped using them all togeather we also use PaPa John's
I don't believe management really gives a damn. They've screwed up my order 3 times & never even tried to make it right!
They do not seem to care, had a horrible experience a few weeks ago, got the number for the franchise owners, nobody answered nor responded to my VM. While it used to be cheap and convenient, I'm more for the peace of mind of paying more and ordering papa johns myself. FWIW
