I came to this storefront a little after they opened to replace my phone screen. The employees were very knowledgeable and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and give me a quote of how much it would cost and how long it would take to repair. The repair time was about 3hrs and it would have cost me about $170 to fix it out of pocket, but the employees went out of their way to contact the manufacturers of my phone and inquire about the warranty. Due to their efforts I was able to get my phone repaired for free and back to use in a single afternoon.

I have never left a review in my life, but really felt the need to share. I previously had my screen replaced here and they charged me around 200 which was fine for the standard screen. However, the screen had weird icons in the background that were faded. I went to go get my screen fixed again and the worker told me they would try to put on a screen that would be 180 and if it did not work, it would be 350. I went back in and he said the 180 dollar screen was not working so he was going to need to put on the screen that was 350? I knew that there was no way that was right. I just got my screen repaired my a different company that replaced the front, back, and added a screen protector for 200. I wanted to share because it saved me A LOT of money by going elsewhere.

Called to get a quote on a replacement screen and the guy who answered told me my phone was "too rare, and the screen isn't available" so they couldn't help me. Didn't even offer to see if I could special order the screen. Asked if there was a possibility of my screen being at another location and was told no. So I called another company and they said they could have my screen ordered and available in 3-5 days. Definitely going to go with the other company in the future. It's not a rare phone at all, it's sold at many phone stores dude.

These guys know there stuff. I will gladly take my Galaxy S10 here for repairs before I drop a grand on a new phone. I was maxed out on memory and they pointed out some features I didn't know about to fix issue. Going back in a few days to get charge port replaced. Great store to have access too. Very knowledgeable techs

I just took in my Samsung S21 Ultra and was quoted $289 for the service, probably not including tax on the parts. Both my screen and digitizer were damaged. Your repair would likely be cheaper because it's a smaller phone, and also if you cracked only your screen. Good luck.

The price for that repair is $129.99. Your repair comes with a 12-month warranty and as a Samsung Authorized Partner we are using Samsung OEM components.
I'm sure they can but it might effect their warranty since it's not theirs originally.
