They are money hungry… found out I didn’t need to replace my phone’s battery and asked them to stop the repair but they told me it was done and charge me for it while it was simple enough just to put the new battery back and not charge me.

Prior to coming in called for price & estimate of time to fix phone and the lady on the phone was very courteous and professional. Boyfriend went in to get his charge port fixed bc phone wouldn’t charge & ended up being lint/dust trapped inside. Cleaned it out & port started working again. Didn’t end up needing work done but a very honest business. Pleased with the service. Would come back here for future needs.

I got my screen replaced here 3 weeks ago and tell me why the screen is popping off. It was replaced with a good working screen but not installed correctly. They charged me $120 for it (iphone model XS Max) I would expect from a place rated pretty high for better service but no. Basically a temporary fix. Now I’m going to another phone repair shop so they can actually install my screen correctly.
