Honestly the best experience I've had with this company. And the reason for that was Anthony. He was very kind and honest on the phone when I called and when I got there he was even more helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Phone was done in a few hours and the work was quality. And despite being busy and dealing with the phones and fussy customers Anthony didn't let the smile leave his face. Whatever you're paying this man you should give him a raise. He's the reason I'll be back to this store.

Went in 3 weeks ago, was told about 7 days to get the parts. 2 weeks later I called they said they had a bunch of boxes there but "no one to open them"?? I then got a message that it was the wrong part (I guess someone finally figured out how to open a box???) and to call so they could get some info and overnight the part (cool...).. Called back once, twice, three times....4 times... phone just kept ringing and unable to leave a message... no follow through on their side was ever done again.. I just threw away 3 and 1/2 weeks of time trying to work with this company... If your looking to waste time, this is the place...get your device repaired.. pretty much anywhere else will do better.....

Customer service here was phenomenal. My daughter needed her iPad screen replaced before we left for a trip the next day. Stephen was so helpful. He underpromised and overdelivered to get it done in just a few hours.

Thats not an item they usually service. More in the range of modern electronics like cell phones, laptops, gaming consoles, and things like that. I would give them a call, and explain what you got going on. See what they can offer if they can't help you they'll gladly point you in the right direction.
Yes, it sounds like you may need to have the hard drive replaced. They should be able to help you out no problem.
