Went into Frys to purchase two six foot party subs for my Daughters baby shower. The Deli Manager had just clocked out to go home and was doing some personal shopping when one of her counter help employees called her to come assist because I wanted to pre-pay for the subs since someone else was having to pick them up. "T" (Manager) was extremely helpful and assured me that the subs would be of great quality. The day of my Daughters Baby shower, the subs were picked up which they were cut into 2foot sections and placed into nice sturdy boxes =6 boxes. These subs were the best subs that I have ever had, the bread was fresh and they were loaded with premium meats and cheese. I can't begin to thank "T" enough for making sure that we got the best! "T" is amazing at what she does...

Shopping here is lovely, when you're not passing staff engaged in inappropriate discussions about other employees. The management here should be embarrassed. No wonder they can't keep employees.

Girlfriend purchased sushi today, 03/16. She took a bite and immediately spit it out. After which, checked the expiration date which showed 03/14. Sure, most non-perishables and foods with enough additives can go beyond an expiration date. Fish product though? Nah. Called and was advised to bring the product back in. They issued a refund for the cost of the product(roughly $6), did not offer an apology, made excuses that attempted to lessen their employee's fault for not following a simple "Check the expiration date while setting out a product." Gas prices over $5/gallon and you almost put someone in the hospital with salmonella. Definitely confused why these sort of people want more than minimum wage when they can't even be bothered to give more than minimal effort to provide service.

Grocery pickup is painfully irritating. The portable card reader never works, the employees are stressed and pinched for time, and they never remove the rejected items from the bill. Frys definitlely has some work to do when it comes to grocery pickup.
