I brought my iPhone 6s in because it was in dire need of a new battery. The person who helped me (I believe their name is Timothy, at least thats what it says on my receipt) was extremely kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They were able to finish the job in just a few hours even though they were quite busy, and I'm very satisfied with the work. I will definitely go there again if I'm in need of any electronics repairs, and based on my experience I would definitely recommend them!

I was hoping to have a positive experience here and wanted to give my business to them. But, they put me in a real bind. Over a week I brought in my phone and had it diagnosed as to the cause of the issue. They said come in the next day same time and they would have the part and take care of me. I told them I would be a few days later and would get it into them then. When I returned several days later. They had no part. I am pretty sure they never even ordered it. They struggled to find any record of my visit to them days prior. They never called to tell me they couldn't or didn't get the part. And at this point they seem like they aren't keen on getting it currently. Now I am leaving on a trip and still have a damaged phone. I have called another business and ordered the part through them. I will be getting my phone fixed from them upon my return.

The people working at this shop were fantastic. They didn't make me feel like an idiot for breaking my phone. They seemed genuinely nice during our interactions and were quick to fix my device. The gentleman I spoke with when picking up my device was very well educated and had a few really good stories that we chatted about while he went over the sales bits. I DID end up with the monthly warranty that covers the rest of your devices. Honestly, it's a good deal when you own a house full of electronics. They're an authorized Samsung repair location as well, so that's how I found them. I'll be coming back to this location for the service.

Incredibly happy with the service we received! TIM did a fantastic job of making sure we understood the process and the options available. My phone was fixed in just a couple of hours and looks brand new. I highly recommend!
