This is a highland park coffee shop/bicycle repair shop and I stop in here a couple times a year when I shopping on this street. This last visit I had a cold brew mojito which was amazing and delicious. I also saw a lady buying multiple loaves of sourdough bread so i bought a sandwhich made with the bread, took it home, toasted the bread and put the sandwich back together. It was incredible even though the roast beef was so thickly cut it was barely edible as a sandwich (the meat was great, just too thick for a roast beef sandwich.) Anyway I will return just to buy more sandwiches and cold brew.

I used to enjoy their vegan breakfast sandwich a few years back when it was one of the only options in the area. I haven’t been there for a while because orders take a long time to prepare. This morning, I decided to try it again and gave ample time to have the sandwich prepared. Ordered online and quote time was 30 minutes. Walked there and when I got there at 30 minutes the person at the counter told me that the sandwich just went in and needed another 4 minutes. Walked around the block and then picked up the sandwich. The result was disappointing: dry, thin, and still not even cooked thoroughly. There are now more options for vegan breakfast and coffee in the area that are faster and better quality.

Nice staff. Coffee's good. But the sandwiches all keep in refrigerator, not very fresh. If you want to quickly breakfast, this site is good for you.

Do you serve coffee made with robusta beans from Vietnam?

The beans we use are mainly from Central and South America, as well as Africa. I believe our roasters use Arabica beans. The beans we use are from Handlebar, Legal Speed, Corsa Pro and 10-Speed. I hope that is helpful!
