We were visiting the area and our Durango developed engine loss of power (missing). We arrived unannounced on a Saturday after lunch and we greeted very nicely and they immediately worked us in. Olivia (I think was her name) was very professional and helpful in many ways. She and our service representative kept us well informed and were great hosts. The mechanic (Hosea) was awesome and they had us back on the road fairly quick. The service was great and amazingly it didn’t break the bank either (very affordable). We safely arrived back home from 3 hrs away and were thankful to meet these people and this dealership. We will be returning from time yo time when in the area again

I loathe car shopping. It’s probably my least favorite thing. However my experience today was superb. Rodney was amazing. I felt zero pressure. The transaction was smooth and quick. I walked into the dealer at noon and my new car was delivered to my house at 6pm. It would have been sooner but I had to go back to work. I would 100% recommend Rodney and this dealership.

Prompt phone calls, follow ups, information about the issue and went above and beyond with finding out details about my extended warranty to cover my current issue. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Definitely makes for a great car buying experience and working with him is a pleasure which is sometimes rare in this business. These folks have always been fair, honest, and completely reliable. This was also our first time ordering a new vehicle from the factory and Bob Kirkland was also incredible to work with. When he could not find me what I really wanted, he made the order process very easy and in a few short months, my new truck was ready for delivery.
