Originally from Portsmouth we returned home for a funeral. Went in in person to pick out two arrangements for the gravesite as well as some hydrangea stems to be put in potted plants. We picked out two prearranged vases as well as the stems and picked them up the next morning. Questioned when I went in about the flowers being fresh and they said no problem. Four hours later this is what the arrangement looked like not even going to comment on the hydrangea stems as they were supposed to be in water tubes but four out of the six were empty ! We got through the 30 minute service with the flowers looking nice. I guess that’s all that counted but when I went back in to get a receipt that was never sent to me via email I was told that that’s just how it is with flowers. I honestly didn’t expect them to die within a few hours!!

i always find it SO difficult to find a florist who makes beautiful arrangements, has fresh flowers, AND has reliable delivery. i’m literally always let down, but myself and the other reviewers aren’t lying about this florist! fairly priced, but i’d gladly pay extra either way for a business who will give 5 star service 10/10 times. thanks leslie for this gorgeous arrangement, you will absolutely be my go to from now on!
