Nothing is the same here. I don't know what they did to their coffee, but the coffee doesn't taste the same. I had been a customer of dunkins for 23 years and would rather go without than waste my money on the nasty coffee dunkins is serving these days. It is very disappointing when an establishment can barely keep the doors open due to staffing issues, but when they are open they serve that disgusting excuse for a coffee.

I normally love this location, but a little disappointed after today's visit. There were two cars ahead of me, one at the menu, and we literally sat at a still for 15 minutes! I had done an order ahead on my app for a xl hot tea. By the time I got to the window it was warm, just under being hot. And went to sip it and there was no sugar like requested, and instead of the two tea bags like normal, there was only 1, so it was weak. I probably will come again, out of convenience, but I hope their lines start moving faster and that they can start following directions.

Gentleman was nice. He looked to be the only one in the store. He did a good job making our iced lattes. Store was closing in an hour and we still were given fresh coffee which doesn't always happen during the slower time periods.
