In spite of the fact that they were booked solid due to staff shortage, Theresa had the nurse come out to see my husbands wounds and they decided he needed immediate attention. The nurse and the trainee were wonderful, kind and thorough in cleaning the wounds. Jessica was excellent in thoroughly checking the injuries and preparing g them for wrapping. The professionalism and kindness of all the staff was comforting at a time when we were highly stressed.

I was impressed by the compassion and care I received at the Portland location ConvenientMD! I was in incredible pain when I arrived. The paramedic & the doctor who took care of me were professional, kind, and attentive. They were thorough with their explanation of what to expect and other things to watch for. They were clear with instructions of what to do to for my comfort and recovery. It was a positive experience. I’m so thankful!

I wanted to take a brief moment to shout out the amazing team of providers who took care of me at my recent visit to the Portsmouth location. I had an eye emergency and within less than 5 minutes of stepping foot in the building, I was being evaluated and treated. Each staff member that I interacted with was incredibly kind, comforting, and worked extremely efficiently to get me the care I needed. They set me up with a secondary appointment at a specialist before I even left the exam room. The front desk staff made it known that the urgency of being seen was their top priority, and they blew me away with their help. Thank you, Portsmouth team. I was a walk in and only had to wait a little time before being seen and they were clear and accurate about wait time. Once I was called to the back I was seen quickly, both the MA and PA were professional but welcoming and a pleasure to talk with. I was in and out quickly. No one ever really wants to have to go to an urgent care but if you have to go I highly recommend this one
