They claim no one's home for a delivery when they didn't even come to the house. They're literally stealing money from businesses for shipping items that they refuse to deliver, and put fake delivery attempts online. This location is a total scam.

This is the worst FedEx depot. I have had nothing but problems with delivers that come out of this location. I am now in the process of contacting all my services that use FedEx and cancelling my memberships and subscriptions. I know that FedEx probably doesn't care that they lost the business of one individual but I am doing it anyway just so I don't have to deal with them any longer.

Worst experience one can ever had. My package was never delivered and when I found out that this location was holding my package before it was delivered to the wrong address so I stopped by to ask. Chase who is the P&D manager was extremely unhelpful, argumentative. It seems its not their problem or responsibility if it was not delivered at my address. That's a refreshing to hear a Fedex employee say that. Not sure if he should be employed by Fedex or any other freight company. They delivered to an address which does not exists in NATICK, MA and the status got updated by the driver stating it is delivered. This is how efficient Fedex's Supply Chain is. The package was possibly stolen by Fedex employees.

The absolute WORST distribution center on this planet, with horrific drivers. I have been sitting at home all day waiting for a package that requires my signature. Then, all of a sudden I get a text that “an attempt was made but no one was home” THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOCK OR LEAVE A DOOR TAG. That’s because he never actually showed up at my house. My package is incredibly time sensitive and is required for me to perform my job. So now, I’m unable to work for the rest of the day. This is the second time this has happened to me and I’m disgusted

They are the worst, 15 days ago I've been waiting for a package of 26 pounds.
There are not enough members on staff to answer all calls. The customer service advocates at the 800 number are able to assist with most questions.
SAME problem for me! Was told by their CAT team that they are 74,000 packages behind. Just terrible. Neither USPS or UPS are having these problems right now, they stop by every day.
Investigate their drivers? Sure, of course... because only drivers work over there, only drivers see and put hands on packages between the place where it is coming from to the place where it is going to...
Okay when did I become a delivery service?!?!?! Isn't that what they get paid for??????
