Why is it that the Natick facility states that they don't have a big enough staff to deliver packages to people on time?? Was expecting my package on Tuesday and it's now Thursday and all I get are No attempt made for delivery.Do they just not care?

SAME problem for me! Was told by their CAT team that they are 74,000 packages behind. Just terrible. Neither USPS or UPS are having these problems right now, they stop by every day.

Just like going to restraunt on Friday at 7:30, its prime time, busy and wait can be expected. Freight companies can be exceptional busy early - mid September with many businesses getting stocked up after summer and college kids sending belongings to dorms.

Same thing Framingham in Jefferson Hills. 3rd day in the row its out for delivery and then its rescheduled for next day.

What city do you live in by the way??
