The first experience was awesome. After three bridal shops and no luck. The girl ,Alexa, my daughter worked with was warm and kind. Knowledgeable. She made excellent choices, BUT the dress we chose, my daughter made it clear she wanted to be comfortable. They measured (once) and promised it was able to be adjusted and it would be everything she dreamed of. A veil that was added to it (1000$) NINE months later! Down 1dress size and 8 lbs during that time of waiting for it to come, in fear it would not fit. She went for her fitting. It was too tight. The seamstress basically said it couldn’t be adjusted, but snapped she’d see what she could do. My daughter was devastated. When you pay 5400$ with the veil and adjustments to get an attitude from a seamstress. Feel bad about yourself………. That isn’t acceptable! Girls, I know you’ve waited your whole life for this day to pick “your” dress. Please I beg you. DONT settle!!! That’s A LOT of money to leave, and not want to wear it! To now wait for another month to pick it up, and not care if it’s steamed again! Heartbreaking. The above review is right. You walk out the day you pick it. That’s it! No returns. Look online first! Try on a million! How are you expected to like a dress in a year from now?!?! I would love to have recommended them, but I can’t. They don’t have good communication while waiting. They don’t care when the mistake was theirs. They make no effort to even say I’m sorry. Buyer Beware. Lucky for them. Their nasty seamstress was able to take it out a bit, and lucky for my daughter that she can rock a paper bag if she had to. I would post pics but that would make them look good, and it’s undeserved attention for them. They had nothing to do with her ability to deal with it, and look fabulous! The problem is. She shouldn’t have had to on her wedding day. Thanks for nothing but a waste of money! If nothing else, slow down. Measure TWICE! Cut once! Talk to the bride realistically about weight gain or loss and how it could affect the dress she may choose! Then if YOU made the mistake! Own it!

Dealing with this dress shop has been horrific from start to finish. Incredibly rude staff, terrible alterations and awful communication. My dress broke the day of my wedding and they have zero care that I actually couldn't even wear it after pictures. I essentially was told this is my fault since I lost weight. They did not take ANY ownership that they sold me a dress that couldn't be altered the way I was promised. I asked to speak directly with the shop owner and was told NO. Im working directly now with the dress designer to see if she actually cares about customers because this place does not.

When I stepped into this bridal shop, I knew it was going to be a magical experience. I was greeted at the door by the manager named Debora who was very friendly and informative. The shop was clean, organized, and the employees were extremely nice and welcoming! After Debora reviewed with me what the day would look like, I was introduced to a woman named Sol who would be helping me throughout my dress shopping experience at Cristina's. Sol was genuine, caring, sweet, helpful, knowledgable and very good at her job. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I was the only one at the shop trying on dresses. Sol took notes and was interested in dress styles I liked, and did not like. She was helpful and knowledgable about all the dresses in the shop. She helped me choose a few styles but overall let me and my guests look through the dresses and find some styles that I liked. I picked around 7-8 dresses to try on. Sol told me to try on my favorite looking dress first. When I put the dress on I fell in love, and no other dress compared to it. I tried on the rest of the dresses but ended up choosing the first dress I tried on. Sol helped pick out the perfect veil that went with the color of my dress. In the fitting room, Sol made me feel comfortable and helped me put on all the dresses. Overall, I would highly recommend this bridal shop. From the friendly, nice, helpful staff, to the wonderful selection of dresses, this is the perfect bridal shop! Thank you Sol, Debora, and Gretchen for all of your help and making my experience so positive and magical!

Cristina's was so amazing to work with! I purchased my wedding dress, veil, and earrings from them and couldn't recommend them enough. My first appointment was shortly after the 2018 gas explosions in the Andover area so I expected them to have to reschedule the appointment because everything was closed and the power was out. However, instead they kept the appointment used candles to light the store which showed that they were committed to helping me find my dress and would be reliable to work with! Deb was the woman who worked with me to find my dress and she totally understood my vision. She could tell I wasn't loving the dresses I picked to try on and she suggested one I hadn't even picked out because she thought I’d like it. She was so right and I fell in love with the dress and they were so accommodating and worked with me to add buttons to the back of the dress to bring to life my vision. Every time I went in to try on the dress they were so helpful and answered any questions I had. I did my tailoring there too and found the seamstress to be very professional and helpful when I asked questions about undergarments and timeline. I couldn't recommend them enough and have told everyone they have to go to Cristina's!!
