Not only is the entire staff rude, they turned away several people because let’s be honest they didn’t have enough people to handle passport applications. The reason why this was absurd is because one of the people that “can process passports” said he’s not doing them because he has to leave. Then someone was called to do passports but the guy that showed up said he wasn’t handling passports and that we need to wait for someone else to come out and do passports. Then I watched another person come in and do a passport with the original person that was dealing with everybody and she then turned everyone else away. Not one to say it was based on race but when everybody that was turned away are people of color it sends very bad optics. After all of that, an old angry grumpy lady came from the postmasters office and told all of us that we need to leave because she only has one appointment left and we aren’t in the time frame for our appointments even though we had been there during our appointments. Then she had the nerve to get in my face when I mentioned that I had been there since my appointment started and told me that I’m not getting a passport at this location. Will never come back to this location and I hope that the whole staff here gets replaced and soon because there’s no place for people like the people here in a customer service based location.

I've been going to just post office for many many years and the staff and the managers have always treated me extremely well. Over the years they have kept up electronically with changes in technology and provided more and more services. It is also one of the few post offices that is open until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday which is a blessing in disguise. The customer service is excellent and sometimes the lines are too long which is the nuisance but that doesn't happen too often. Sometimes the parking lot which is small in size is also a problem but that doesn't happen very often either. Overall I'm very satisfied

I am not one to write reviews (in fact, I have only ever written positive ones), but I had such a vile experience with a staff member named 'Sue' over the phone, that I feel the need to share. I spoke with Sue concerning an Amazon package that should have been delivered (or at least attempted) on a Sunday. As I wanted the package, I decided to go on a morning walk around my apartment complex, as it is inaccessible on Sundays, and I knew it would therefore be sent back for delivery on Monday. The USPS Andover falsely claimed a delivery attempt was made, but I was in fact outside while said attempt was made and can testify that NO truck entered the premises. I called USPS to discuss that in the future, regardless of whether there is prior knowledge of my apartment's inaccessibility, there should at least be an attempt made to deliver. I believe the carrier shirked his/her responsibilities, never coming by, but stating he/she did so anyway. The irony of all of this is that I didn't need the package on Sunday, and I wasn't mad. I just wanted the post office to take accountability so that in the future, similar situations with other apartment-dwellers do not occur. Unfortunately, given her curtness, aggressiveness and unwillingness to listen, I believe it will happen again. Sue's tone over the phone was impatient, condescending and overwhelmingly unprofessional. She did not take the time to listen to my claim nor take responsibility for the mistake. Instead, she mocked my situation and implied I was lying. People like this should probably stay away interacting with the public, recognizing that customer service is not their forte.

Normally I don’t have many issues. It’s a busy place. I wouldn’t consider this a bad experience but I did think it should be addressed.. costumer service is everything. If you don’t like people then don’t work in a place where you are going to interact with them. Today I went to send my 4th care package to my deployed husband and Debi was telling me that I the form I had filled out each and every other time wasn’t required and I States that every other time I filled it out and they stuck it on.. instead of explaining herself and her statement of the form not being required. She snapped at me and said well then 13.95 is your total in a very snide tone. It was uncomfortable and mean. I honestly only care that he gets my package I don’t care wht form I have to fill out of or what I do I have to provide. Please be nice to people because we’re all just trying to get through life.
