I am here from Tennessee helping a friend after surgery. I came here after a trip to Iceland where I had taken a fall. My jaw had hit my shoulder when I fell. My teeth were still in throbbing on the right side My right side of my face was swollen. I also have MS and am a diabetic. I found the Nurse Practitioner very condescending. She sent me for an xray said jaw wasn't fractured. Told me to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I informed her I couldn't take Ibuprofen due to reaction and I was already taking max amount of Tylenol. She rolled her eyes saying take Tylenol and follow up with dentist and walked out. So this 65 year old left with pain swollen face .and demoralized. I left feeling like I did something wrong. Never saw a doctor . I had a bruise as in picture. It has healed. She looked and said there is no bruise looking at me like I was lying. I fell March 28 it had healed and I was there for my teeth. I come up North every 6 months to see an MS specialist in Boston. Every thing else was fine but the Nurse Practitioner was condescending ,and judgemental I would never go there again. Today I bring my 85 years old mom to go express care, she already has fever 100.7 over two days and cough a lot, when we get there about 3pm, they did covid 19 test very quickly, at 3.30 pm they already has report -negative, then we wait Dr.Raymond P Kelly about one hour, I go out ask two time, finally he come in with report an said you can go home. He not see my mom ,not do strep test and not check her lungs how he can wrote report?

This morning was my first time at Pentucket Express Andover. I would rate it a 10+, from the receptionist who led me to the waiting room, to Lauren, the very efficient & knowledgeable nurse to Dr. Hulefeld who was the most pleasant, thorough, and efficient doctor. Pentucket clearly has a wonderful team that is working very diligently for their patients. They are to be commended!

I loved my experience here starting from the receptionist, nurse and the nurse practitioner. While all 3 were professional, they also had an empathetic and friendly approach. They had the patience to listen to my problems and let me complete. I have been here a few times before as well and my experience has always been wonderful. I leave knowing why I was suffering and what I should do about it either with a prescription or otherwise, whatever they decide is best at that point.
