I literally called last month to find a pediatrician for my baby and after they took me through the whole process of insurances and now they said she hasn't been taking new patients for months so upset because he was just born and I just told the whole hospital Staff my baby was going to see dr.becky which was going to be my preferred Dr for him to see 🥺

Thoroughly Disappointed! I finally came to peace with with having to sign my children up with a new Pediatrician after moving from Harvard Medical Associates in Peabody. You have to talk to at least a minimum of 3 people before you can get anything viable information to work with, and this does not show its a good start to care...so I hope I am proven wrong! The phone etiquette could also use some improvement. It's very daunting to entrust care of you most precious to people, and when the hurdles are set high for a service you will be paying for makes one weary on moving forward. I will be glad to change my review when there is improvement. But as of now, I am thoroughly disappointed but am also in need for care of my littlies so we endure.

Dr. Challagullah and the wonderful staff here were nothing if not professional, helpful, and thorough in my new patient intake/physical. There was minimal wait time too, though that was likely since I visited Friday around noon. The facility was easy to find, clean throughout, and structurally-pleasing! I’ve rarely seen medical buildings with any inspiration until my visit. Out of all the new patient experiences with new physicians (I’ve moved a LOT in the last decade), this definitely ranks as my top!

This place is amazing, they are SO GREAT with the kids! Dee the medical assistant is super patient, kind and welcoming! Dr Henry is the perfect fit for our family, she’s attentive and listens to the patient/family! We felt heard and they took their time with all of our questions and concerns! So glad we made the switch and are extremely happy!
