My husband and I ate here for our date night while on vacation, excellent service, beautiful views, and a delicious meal! I had the special of shrimp and grits, one of my favorite dishes, and it did not disappoint! The margarita was amazing, and my husband's scallops were perfectly prepared! Will definitely visit again when we vacation on the Eastern Shore next time!

Deep off the main highway, but a great find. Friendly staff. Great views. We had the Hot Crab Dip, Fried Shrimp, Shrimp Tacos and Fish Tacos. All the food was excellent! Most definitely will visit again!

Honest review from y’all’s truly: 1st I don’t have a clue how to say the name of this cute little town, but it’s known for its flounder, so naturally we got the flounder 3 ways. Fried was decent, tempera was kinda soggy, then they have bronzed which was the bomb. It was blackened then a light glaze of brown sugar added. We also got the crab hush puppies, they were ok, soggy in the middle was appetizing to me, but the sauce they came with was very good. Would I come back….. heh probably not, but I was glad I found it this time. We did enjoy ourselves. If you enjoyed this hit that like and or follow button. Have a great day!!!

Honestly I'm not 100 percent sure but my sister loves eating here everytime they visit from NC and she doesn't eat gluten and has some other dietary restrictions. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful about your question, it's definitely something I'll start paying attention to from now on when I eat out since it is important to a lot of people. I personally am vegan and always find something good to eat here.

1 hr 20 mins to the Island House from the VA Beach side of the bridge. Also the speed limit can be strictly enforced on the bridge, if you are not familiar with the area.
