Food was not good today. Had the Eggs Benedict and the homemade Hollandaise was not good. English muffin not toasted. Cold bacon bits sprinkled over top didn’t help the dish. My wife’s food wasn’t good either. The corned beef skillet. We keep trying thinking it will be better but have not been successful. After seeing the bathroom not sure I’ll be back. Clean Restrooms leads to Clean Kitchen.

Went to breakfast with my wife. waited 45 minutes to be sat even though there were 3 empty tables. Noticed that the waitresses were moving in slow motion and had no interest in cleaning the tables. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was very good but getting silverware was another problem even after asking for it. The waitress went to get it but returned without because she forgot about it then proceeded to take other orders. When my wife asked the other waitress we ended up with plastic because she was too lazy to go get real silverware. When we left and i paid the bill I told the waitress that I was unhappy and would be calling the owners to complain and her response was "Good luck with that" I told her if she moved any slower she would go backwards but have a nice day anyway but have a nice day anyway. Her response was " you too, Not!" Bottom line is food was good service was terrible and the waitress attitude was appalling. If she is the owners daughter she should not be aloud to work in the front of the restaurant and if she inst she should be let go. I will have to wait and see what the people that run the restaurant do to correct this but after watching 3 other couples leave without being served because of what they saw and the number of door dash orders that were canceled just in the time I was there something will have to change or they wont be at this location for long. I will try the Mentor On The Lake location next. I heard its much better, we will see.

I read an article in the local paper about this place awhile ago. I'm not from the area but I finally got a chance to stop. I wasn't disappointed. The food is definitely a cut above the rest for the type of restaurant that it is. Great menu. I had the red velvet pancakes. They were so good and that's just the half of it. My hostess / waitress Sandra with the beautiful smile made me feel at home.Definitely will go again.

My go-to breakfast place. I love the atmosphere, people, and food. Also, quality at a great price! I can strongly recommend the stuffed french toast! 😋
