Con’s: -Not recommended for long stays. The 6-floor hotel only has 2 machines to do personal laundry so machines will rarely be available (esp. if other guests aren’t quick getting their clothes out). -No microwave in rooms. -microscopic-sized waste bins. -Access is a bit inconvenient. Even if room is near the rear stairwell, you need to use the front hotel entrance, since room keys won’t work on the rear exterior door (so all the rear parking area is wasted). Pro’s: +Staff is very friendly +very comfortable beds +good temperature control +good restaurant, though very expensive (easily $25-35 per individual meal, even breakfast buffet) +seems to be daily room cleaning (which is rare in hotels these days) +convenient location off Route 128 +nice pool +nice large exercise room

This place was awful. Rooms are very small and way over priced. Check out was at 12pm, at 10am I brought my luggage to the car and went to have breakfast. The $20 plate of breakfast consisted of drippy scrambled eggs, over cooked sausage, under cooked bacon, and bagels. When I went back to my room the cleaning crew had gone in and taken hundreds of dollars of alcohol and personal items. When confronted they tried to tell me they through it away. When I demanded their manager suddenly she found the bottles on her cart in a bag. She called someone else and they ran over with the rest of the items in a pillow case. Management didn't care and just said "you got it back thats fine" Why were they in my room at all, there is a sign in the bathroom saying they don't do daily cleaning "for the environment". Do not go here.

Outstanding! The Boston Marriott Peabody is a clean, comfortable, and well located hotel about 30 minutes northeast of downtown. This hotel should serve as the model for how to treat guests. Jadyn at the front desk is exceptional! Friendly and welcoming, I felt like I was being greeted by an old friend. The hotel staff is great, the public spaces are nice, and the breakfast is tasty. I will be sure to visit this property in the future.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly - the sheets were clean and ironed. But the best part was Sheriff, who worked at the Front Desk. When he asked how things were going, I said good - but great for the hotel. They were extremely busy in the dining room/bar and I was unable to get dinner before an evening meeting. He escorted me to the concierge lounge to get some food quickly before the meeting. He was very considerate.

The rooms have small refrigerator in them. No microwave.
