I got a flat tire in the middle of Compton Friday night at 10:30 pm. I needed to get back on the road ASAP. I drive a Tesla and Teslas don’t carry spare tires. I called roadside support for a tow. I just needed to find a nearby tire shop open at this late hour. I searched on Google and everything nearby claiming to be open 24 hours either did not pick up the phone, did not carry my tire, or did not service passenger cars. When my tow truck driver showed up, he recommended Alameda Tires. Because times were not correctly set for Google, this shop did not show up as one of the open locations (I made a recommended update, so they should now display as open 24 hours, 7 days a week). When I called them, I was pleased to find out that not only were they open, they carried my tire, and they could fix my tire without any wait. My tow truck driver dropped me off and within a twenty minutes I had a great replacement used tire for $50! If you’re going there yourself, be sure to check in the back for after-hours visits, since they’re only open in the back. The staff were all very friendly.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! I went there to get my tire replaced due to having a blow out on the fwy. Pulled in and was ignored. No one asked if I needed help with anything. They were not extremely busy and there were plenty of staff. They were all too busy paying attention to & flirting with the women in short skirts & tight pants. It took 15mins for someone to acknowledge me. Nothing wrong with catering to the ladies but it shouldn't affect your ability to provide good customer service to everyone else there for help.

The worker there are very nice and they tinted my windows perfectly, I definitely recommended this place 👍
