My husband and I have been regulars for years at our favorite neighborhood restaurant, Toscana. We stood by them throughout the pandemic, getting takeout regularly and giving a $100 tip each week to help the staff. Unfortunately we had the absolute worst and most humiliating experience last Friday night. A “ new manager “, had the audacity to come up to us and question why my husband when asked how his steak was, reply honestly saying he ordered medium rare and got well done. The manager asked “ what is your problem…..you seem to complain often “. Not only is this untrue, but she has never met us and had no idea how loyal we have been, always complimenting the chef and always friendly. I will never return as long as this woman is “ new manager “ 😡👎

The food and service are top notch. Best Italian on North Shore in my opinion. Our server Francesca was wonderful and made us feel very special. Everything from the appetizers to entrees were spectacular and the bar serves amazing cocktails. Another great experience, highly recommend!

Wonderful Mother's Day at Toscana's today. Food including dessert, service, and atmosphere was definately a 10! I had a yummy Salmon dish with some potatoes and fresh spinach with a side of meatballs. Our waitress was so pleasant and accomodating!

My friend Gina & her Dad took me to Toscana's for lunch today and it was incredible! We sat at the bar and our bartender/server Kelly was awesome. I had a Sangria and it was by far the best I have ever had! We started off with Spinach Rabe Spring Rolls, which were not on the lunch menu but they kindly accommodated us anyway. The Spring Rolls were so delicious I decided to get another order for my meal. My friend Gina ordered a salad with chicken and her Dad ordered the Eggplant Parmesan. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Everything from their bread to their pasta & the Sangria is made fresh in house and we were all very happy with everything! I give Toscana's a perfect 10 and can't wait to get back there again!
