Needs to address issues with laundry in all buildings people wait for hours and hours when there’s laundry being lefted in machine without operating and it causes issues with people trying to use the machines in a timely manner

I want to thank the office staff for listening to my concerns. I had some concens and the office management met with me. They listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. The are dealing with the issues. They did not make me feel rushed they listened and engaged in the conversation. Thank you. maintenance does great work if you need something fixed they will fix it the same day unless its a problem they can't do then the call who they need to and they are here the same day or the next day. Keep up the great work. The apartments are clean and they are beautiful.their is a playground for the kids to let out some energy.

such a great experience living here! we are sad to leave but due to having a baby we are relocating. they are extremely helpful, maintenance is very fast and the neighbors were great! very quiet atmosphere and overall a great experience!

Hello Avalon community. We are feeling comfortable in our apartment. Since first day we noticed a great staff, always available, trying to resolve any issue/request we asked, everytime is snowing I see the teams cleaning up doesn't matter the hour and I truly recommend anybody to lease here.
