Why is it posted smoke free aprts when its not.people are allowed to smk in the aprts.and since hud has a new policy. Its stilm not followed up til someone makes a complaint .unsade place for elderly

It seems like the bullies have nothing better to do but sit at the out door smking area all day when its a non smokeing building supposedly .i think they need a better hobby and exercise wouldnt hurt either
