My sister and I got an RT-PCR test done here on February 3, 2022 at 11am which we were promised would result in 24 hours. We traveled all the way from Asheville and were guaranteed it would DEFINITELY result within 24 hours/by the end of the next business day and definitely by our trip on Feb. 5, 2022. 24 hours went by, nothing...then 48 hrs....we were not allowed to board and were tagged as "no shows" by the airline. Not only were we stranded at the airport for hours, we had to pay $200 each for same day PCR test plus over $1,700 EACH for another flight ticket for the next day. NOT ONCE did the pharmacy call or email or notify me of their own volition that there was a delay in the results. COMMON CURTESY calls for a simple FYI that I would not receive the results in the timeframe guaranteed. I got the results 2 weeks into my trip. It was only by the grace of God that I did not take any punitive actions against them for emotional distress and financial loss. Never again.

The order comes in by next business day. We do accept Medicare for prescription medications. We can also order different models from our wholesaler if you have anything specific in mind, and normally it comes the next business day.
