Amazing filet mignon. Generous portion for sides. Super tasty scallops. Lobster risotto was a bit bland & salty. Oysters on the half shell were fresh & tasty. The staff was great & highly professional. The strawberry shortcake was super tasty, though the whipped cream was over whipped. I'd return on the strength of the amazing staff & steak alone.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Got to the restaurant early for my reservation. Was told by the host my table wasn’t ready but I was welcome to sit at the bar for a drink. We went over to the bar and after several minutes of sitting a waiter told us we could not sit there that people were waiting to eat at the bar. I asked if I could just order a drink while We waited for our table, he told me no that I needed to get up. Confused I complied and left the spot at the bar. Now standing behind the bar I tried explaining to the waiter that the host said I could wait at the bar for my table. To which the waiter responded “ No he didn’t “. At this point the majority of the bar patrons were turned around watching all of this. I felt completely humiliated like I was a child getting chastised by my parent for doing something wrong. I have been to Pellana’s several times I will never return after this experience. I will drive the extra 15/ 20 minutes into Boston to a real steakhouse (Grill 23) for better steak and better quality service. A simple and respectful conversation could have avoided this.

Been coming here for years and it is always a wonderful experience! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They always have great oysters & shrimp. My favorite dish is the bone in fillet with the au poivre sauce! It's absolutely delicious!

This place has amazing food!! When you pay the prices they charge it’s fantastic to get the high quality product. The filet was one if the best I’ve ever had. The Oscar topping was fantastic. The blackened tuna was buttery and wonderful! Sides were cooked perfectly. Highly recommend for special events or when you are looking for high end food.
