Bought an engine for my Mazda 3 and had it installed by their mechanic, Rudy, in July of 2021. It died today, a little over a year later. Complete compression loss in 3rd cylinder. After having my original engine die after 135,000 miles, I babied this car expecting it to last another long while. I don’t know that I trust this place. Buy at your own risk and get your engine inspected by a mechanics you trust.

Lots of great parts and motors available. James was very helpful finding parts for my car.

This place is a headache to deal with! Stay away if at all possible. I’ve been dealing with the Ontario location on Guasti and they keep giving me the run around as to why the engine that was purchased on September 11th will not be replaced. After the engine was installed it didn’t work. They had me tow the car to their location which was a waste of time because come to find out later on they have no mechanic so why they wanted the vehicle towed to the shop to be checked out is beyond me. They said it could possibly be an electrical issue and that I needed it to be checked out. So there I go getting a tow back to my house and scheduled another tow for it to go to an electrical shop after a few days when the shop finally had time to check it out I was told there were no electrical issues wrong with the vehicle. The Ontario location was called back and told the guy (never states his name when answering the phone) informed him that there are no electrical issues per the electrical shop. They then continue to try and find me to be at fault for the timing belt and water pump that was bought to be why the engine not running. I was recommended to have my car looked at by a mechanic by the name of rodolfo in Fontana and after he determined what was wrong with the engine then they would swap it out. Well to their surprise they didn’t hear what they wanted THEIR mechanic contact confirmed the engine was bad and the timing belt is set up correctly. And here I am still getting the run around as to why they will not swap out the engine. Its been frustrating to say the least. Not to mention the district manager is rude and not helpful at all. They were informed 2 weeks after the engine was bought and finally installed that it didn’t work and I was told the engine has a 90 day warranty. I’m not a dog to be jumping through all these hoops just to fight for the bad engine they sold. I’ve done everything and have had the car towed multiple times to shops to be looked at just to be told it’s the engine every time and they still refuse to exchange the engine for a working one. Makes no sense at all. This is 4 months too long for me.
