I was looking for a very specific serpentine belt for an old 1996 Cummings diesel engine and of course they had it in stock, including the heavy duty version which is what I wanted. Napa Auto is the best place to get your car or truck parts. They carry alot of items and have a warehouse in the Inland Empire that they can pull inventory from in some cases, the same day. The parts salesman check and double check the items needed to insure the your purchase matches your car year and style. Napa Employee Jeff will go out of his way to help you out with anything you need. When he sees a person who is not sure or maybe a mother toting 4 kids, he will reach out specifically to help them himself. He has such great patience and care about his job that he just makes me smile when I'm in there shopping. This is the place to go for all of your auto parts!!

If you want to keep your Sanity do not work at this place. This place takes your emotional physical and mental health. Management does not do their part to keep employees safe or validate their effort. The more you give the more they take and expect. Thanks to a good friend of mine I will not ever work here or shop here .

First time there, needed a diesel pickup complicated radiator hose assembly. They had it in stock, they were extremely helpful and told me I could save 10% with AAA card, or 20% discount if I bought one more item for a great sale they are having. The hoses came out $10 cheaper than the last time I bought them from a discount store. I saved another $10 on two gallons of coolant on sale over what I paid a couple of days ago at another auto parts chain. Best stock, best quality, best service, best prices. This is going to be my go to auto parts store!
