So I needed a new battery and help putting it in, Eddie went above and beyond to help me out. He was curious, knew his product, was able to change out my battery, with the utmost professionalism. When he encountered and issue with the cables he dove into it and within minutes we had a new battery and it was installed. He was friendly, welcoming, and patient with me.
