This is by far the best Carb shop around, honest service and great work, I will recommend this shop and they have another customer for life.

I've been fighting a pair of Holleys on a tunnel ram since buying this car. Had them "gone through" twice in the past 9 months and they still weren't "right". I was told they were too much for the little 350 they were on, that a tunnel ram wouldn't work on the street, etc... After having a number of car club guys and racers recommend The Carb Shop in Ontario, I stopped by and talked to them. They said they could make these carbs work on that motor no problem. I took them the carbs and a ton of data that they asked for. Everything from tire diameter, to torque converter, to shift points, to cam lobe centerline. 5 pages worth! They flat NAILED IT. I didn't even have to adjust the idle!! It's smooth as silk cruising around town and goes like a scalded ape when you pin the pedal to the floor. I've put a lot of money in to performance improvements on this car, however the money spent at The Carb Shop was BY FAR the best bang for the buck. I couldn't recommend them any more highly!

I own a local used car dealership vicinity of the carb shop.I called around Aug 3rd and I talked to a guy name Randy and got a quote for rebuilding a two barrel carb from 1976 Pontiac Firebird. He quoted $150.00-next day I dropped the carb. with my business card and the guy did not give me a quot and said will be done in about 2 weeks.after their call on Aug 20th 2:00 PM ,I went to the shop to pick up my carb.I was ready to write a check, the guy said $274.00 -I was shocked .I told him that on the phone I got a quote for $150.00 now you said $274.00.the carb was not even sand blasted and he said that is extra.I argued with him that when a customer drops a carb ,are you supposed to let him know how much?very rudely he said no.what ever I asked the guy (the owner,he admitted)very rudely answered. He said we will not take a company check from you and you have to bring cash.I left the carb. and never picked it up.I can buy a brand new carb for the same car for about $300 from Amazon.the only reason ,I took my carb there, was $150.00 quote.I am very disappointed ,and suggest you all not to do business with these guys.Very rude and crook.

I had a '74 442 and it had sat for 8 years prior to my purchasing her. The entire fuel system was lacquered with bad fuel. I saw in a Hot Rod magazine that someone had the rebuild theirs and that convinced me to have them rebuild mine. It was the best rebuild job I've ever had done. That was in 1990 or 1991. I'd recommended them to everyone!

They sell new carbs and speed equipment. Try Rodger's Carburetor on San Antonio Ave in Ontario. For a original replacement carburetor for a rebuild.
