My Haddock sandwich was so greasy I had to take off bun and mayo and try to soak grease off with napkin. Still too much. Then they gave me a regular Coke instead of Coke Zero which made me violently I'll, as I am allergic to refined sugar. My husband's Flounder was good. He ate my chili the next day, (I couldn't eat it that night since I was sick) he said it was good, but then he was sick the rest of the night.

AMAZING food, good service. I am a seafood lover and have tried many many places in the area and land and sea is the best. Light batter, fresh oil, great onion rings. FRESH seafood and fish, it's pricy but worth every penny. Also, the place was squeaky clean literally.

Very pricey for a fast food place. $60 for 2 meals and 2 sodas. Seems clean ,parking easy. Seafood one side ,beef other side.

Great spot for dine in or takeout in Peabody. My friends and I had a massive order and we were pleased that it only took 10 minutes for it to be ready. The roast beef used on the sandwiches is tender, and they use just the right amount of sauce. Consider a pizza roll or a hot dog as a side and don’t forget the fries! If you’re looking for a classic north shore roast beef, look no further

As Chris Mass said, there's Plexi Glass, but I've only been in there once on this past Saturday, I can't remember much else.
Yes you should be able to get in and out of Land and Sea if handicapped.
Not really sure about the gluten free menu choices, but I'm really sure that their seafood is fabulous!
