The furnace installers showed up exactly as they where schedued. Very curtious and proffessional they were. Very satisfied with their work. Haverhill NH Dead River is first class buisness and 5 star company. So glad to switch companies. From appraisal to finish they will be my oil company from now on.

Dead River had always given me great customer service but today they went above and beyond. They typically don't do on site fuel deliveries for construction they met are needs anyway. Our customer changed things after we set up a fuel delivery for next week call them Monday morning and they were able to service me immediately because they knew how import it was for my project. Thank you so much Patty it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Very easy to work with. Prompt delivery, service scheduling, and an all around great experience with any of the employees we’ve worked with.

I haven't been around long enough to talk about the products. However, the tech that came into my home that I just bought to tune up my appliances and do a "gas check" on everything was extremely helpful. I look forward to being a DR customer.

Hi Luann- anytime a customer smells propane, they should call their local office, just to be safe. I've spoken with the North Haverhill office and they plan on reaching out to you, if they haven't already. Thank you. -The Customer Service Team
