Horrible customer service. They don't care about their customers Run, don't walk, RUN away from this place. They don't care about customer service at all. And if you need to get your tank swapped out, check your bill. They will credit you back what was in the tank at a low rate and then charge you a high rate for the new tank. Instead of just charging you for the difference at the going rate. Puts more money in their corrupt pockets. At first I thought maybe they weren't smart enough to understand what happened on the bill as I explained it to multiple people there but now I realize they knew exactly what they were doing. And they don't care to change it either. This is fraud, plain and simple. I filed a report with the Attorney General's office to report this fraud. And after they gave me the "it is what it is" response, I told them to take my tank away. I look at my account now and here's the best part. When they gave me the new tank, it supposedly had 48 gallons in it. They take the tank back a couple weeks later and I get credited for only 39 gallons. Where did those 9 gallons go since the tank was OFF since it was dropped off. There are plenty of places to choose from, pick this place at your own risk.

These guys have a number of programs that help spread out payments and they went above and beyond recently when I just sold the house, getting me a reading and cost of propane right away when they had nothing to gain with me leaving. Very impressive. They got me the quote for my closing in hours! Will always remember that and appreciate it.

I have noticed, of late, that Osterman Propane fills my tank without my having to call for a fill. With our large household, we have too often been surprised by a drastically low tank in the winter. We are so grateful for the new policy; it makes us feel that Osterman Propane is a company that truly cares about the families they serve.
