As of the past month (may-Jun'19) I am not allowed to pay online through the website, because is it blocked due to 'trojans' and malware -according to malwarebytes. What is that about - I can see if it might affect one day or even a week - but this is a persistent hassle.

I just Have to say treat other the way you want to be treated & keep your rude negative comments to yourself. This is the worse place to call!!! I have never exprencised such bad customer service over the phone! Love your Job or quit! It's not difficult to be nice for once!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from this office. I called over a week ago to let them know we were switching to a different company with lower prices and my propane tank from them has been sitting out in front of my house since. They keep telling me that the guy is coming this day or that day and they never show up. I am sick and tired of this sitting in my front yard. I will never recommend them to anyone. They don't even deserve the one star that was given. There prices are almost a dollar higher than what I am paying now.
