I am not sure about the negative reviews, but here is my story: Walked in with no appt after calling & leaving 2 unanswered VMs. I had driven from upper Alberta, Canada. Was prepared for a long stay as I wanted my 1172 looked after. David looked it over, did some minor work in the parking lot, & eased my fears of major repairs. They then pulled it into the shop for minor repairs/replacement. 4hrs later they were done! But what they did was more than I anticipated, but what I had originally thought was needed anyway. Did it take too long? Probably, but I went there with the attitude that I wanted my rig fixed & was willing to wait. I kept a positive attitude & was rewarded with what I consider outstanding service. The bill? VERY reasonable. Thank you Lance crew!

Wish there was less than a one star to give. Called multiple times 2 days in a row just to try and speak to someone about installation of an awning on my RV. First day, left a message with the service department in the morning. Called back in the afternoon and asked for the service department again, they said they were out and call back. Called back before the end of the day and asked for the service department....out again..."do you wan to leave a message". No. Next day 9am, when they are just opening....service department not available, "do you want to leave a message" sure. Called several times yesterday, left a message yesterday, never received a call back, just want a quote on getting a awning installed. "Ok I'll have them call you back" 3:30 in the afternoon another call....service department still not available, do you want to leave another message? No. I don't understand how you stay in business when customers have to call two days in a row and beg for service and you still can't help. "I'm sorry sir" Horrible customer service. Can't for the life of me understand why anyone would have anything serviced here.

I would call the office aak for shipping and receiving dept. They can help better.
Is best fo locate the website and locate the contact us link. This is a public hoogpe maps forum
Look for a battery disconnect switch. My lance 1685 has one.
Recommend going to your Lance service center for replacement of jacks if there are not straight
There are tapered adapters you can get. I've bought them on Amazon before, but Wal-Mart carries them as well for pretty cheap.
